Fees and splits

pump.fun pays creator fees per creator address. Every repo coin gets its own creator key (derived by the pad's signer), so fees are attributed per repo exactly. Coins are created without a fee-sharing config (a vault migrated to fee sharing refuses the plain collect).

Every 5 minutes, for every coin whose creator vault holds at least 0.00 SOL, one transaction collects the fees and sends exactly:

• 60% to the POTS wallet: that repo's next-merge pot
• 20% to the MAINT wallet: that repo's maintainer pot
• 20% to the BUYBACK wallet: buys $MERGED on its curve or PumpSwap pool and burns it in the same transaction, every 5 minutes

Three distinct wallets, one per role, so each wallet's on-chain balance reconciles to its ledger. Nothing is consolidated, no wallet pays through another. The live tag on each repo row is the pot plus 60% of the unclaimed vault, marked "accruing" until it is collected at the tick.
