Launch a repo coin

  1. Repository. Any public repo that clears the floor: 1,000+ stars, created 365+ days ago, 20+ merged PRs and 5+ distinct authors in the last 30 days, not opted out, not already bound. One coin per repo.
  2. Ticker and name. 2 to 8 letters or digits. Slurs and political, national, ethnic or religious framing are refused. We warn when the exact ticker already has a graduated or liquid pair.
  3. Image. The repo card (its recent ticks as an identicon) is rendered and uploaded with the metadata to pump.fun IPFS.
  4. Build. The server takes a pre-ground mint address ending in "pump", builds pump.fun create_v2 with you as the payer and the pad's per-repo key as the creator, checks it (creator is the derived key, mint is the pool mint, no fee-sharing config, no extra programs or transfers), signs with the mint key only and simulates it on mainnet. You see the plain summary and the simulation before anything is signed.
  5. Sign. Your wallet signs and sends. The server never signs as you and never sends for you.
  6. Confirm. The finalized transaction is checked against the draft and the repo is bound to the mint.

Until the $MERGED payout route is verified on chain the flow stops at the mainnet simulation: "Simulated on mainnet. Nothing sent."
