Opt out

Opting out shows "maintainer declined" on the repo page immediately, removes the repo from polling and freezes its known writers. Unclaimed allocations stay claimable. The remaining pots go to contributors already allocated (pro rata) or to the $MERGED burn, the maintainer's choice, executed at the next tick and recorded. Without a choice in 7 days the operator default applies.

If anza-xyz/agave maintainers opt out, $MERGED's next-merge pot rotates across Solana core repos instead (anza-xyz/agave, firedancer-io/firedancer, minus opted-out ones).
