What this is
Launch a coin for any GitHub repo. Its fees pay every reviewed merge.
Anyone launches a pump.fun coin bound to a public GitHub repo. A per-coin key derived by the pad is the on-chain creator. Every 5 minutes the pad claims every coin's creator fees and splits them: 60% into that repo's next-merge pot, 20% into its maintainer pot, 20% buys $MERGED and burns it.
Each eligible (reviewed) merge on the default branch takes the next-merge pot built since the previous eligible merge, up to 5 SOL; the rest rolls. Authors claim with GitHub sign-in, a wallet signature and a sanctions screen, and are paid on the next tick with a Solscan link.
$MERGED itself is bound to anza-xyz/agave: its own fees pay that repo's reviewed merges from its first claim.
